Recruitment Alert

Someone is impersonating an XML International recruiter

SCAM ALERT

We have been made aware of an individual on LinkedIn claiming to work with XML International as a recruiter, charging candidates money supposedly in exchange for job placements, and passing out the phone numbers of real recruiters who have no connection to this fraudster.

This person does not work and has never worked for XML International in any capacity. We have reported the profile to LinkedIn and to the police, and we are dealing with it.

A few things we want every candidate, client, and recruiter to know:

  1. WE NEVER CHARGE CANDIDATES FOR A PLACEMENT, AN INTERVIEW, OR AN INTRODUCTION. Not a registration fee, not a processing fee, nothing. If anyone asks you for money in XML’s name, it is a scam. Do not pay, and alert us via this page or by email: global-hire@xml-int.com

  2. Anyone recruiting on our behalf has an @xml-int.com email address and a role at XML International you can verify on our LinkedIn page. If you are not sure, contact us before you engage.

  3. ID documents and bank details are only ever requested through our secure onboarding portal, as part of our official recruitment process. We will never ask for them via LinkedIn message, WhatsApp, phone, or email.

If you have been asked to pay or have already paid, please report it to the police and alert us. Screenshots and dates help us and LinkedIn act faster, and we will treat what you share with care.

The people targeted by this kind of scam are the ones who can least afford it.
Please share this with anyone who might be job hunting right now.
